The Corporate Business and Partnerships team provide support to the Chief Executive and Cabinet. The team delivers and co-ordinates specific corporate functions such as strategic policy, being responsible for the formulation of the Corporate Business Plan. They take a lead role in strategic partnerships, in particular the Local Strategic Partnership and Safer Communities Partnership.
